Hi Opaque is the exclusive TOSH representative in Poland. We take in used machines only occasionally, so the offer changes with availability. Every machine goes through a full technical inspection in our workshop, and worn components are replaced. Until it is sold it stays in use: we run sample prints for customers on it, so it is powered up, adjusted and checked in regular operation. The configuration can be adapted to your planned production.

Buying from abroad. Prices are net, ex works Łódź, Poland. The buyer collects the machine, and operator training takes place at our premises. We handle inquiries in English.

TOSH Logica 05/T1-P with PRN 460 indexer

Automatic industrial pad printing machine with electric drive and the programmable PRN 460 indexer, which positions the part for successive prints in a single clamping. The T1-P version prints in a front/back cycle: a pneumatic rotator turns the part by 180° between prints. The current configuration includes two colors and light curtains.

Application: footwear industry (heels, wedges, sole parts). The machine can be retooled for other parts.

Automatic industrial pad printing machine designed by TOSH for the footwear industry: for decorating heels, wedges and sole parts. Equipped with numerical control, the PRN 460 indexer and a CNC rotary unit with pneumatic tilt, it prints in front/back, sector, roll or combined cycles. The machine can be retooled for other applications: with different fixtures, pads and clichés it prints other parts decorated by roll printing, such as control knobs.
