620+ models in the search tool + expert consultation within 48 hours. Four levels of support for your production — from self-service selection to full implementation with tooling.
Our clients' experience: the cost of a selection error is not the price of the pad, but the cost of the entire process that has to be repeated.
Hand-trimming a pad means lost time, costly setup attempts and the risk of damaging the printing surface with a single wrong cut.
Thanks to our understanding of the pad printing process, by modifying the pad shape we eliminate the problems caused by hand-trimming, shorten machine setup time and completely remove the risk of damaging the printing surface.
In pad printing on medical components, precision is measured in tenths of a millimetre. The wrong pad can ruin graphic registration, lower the visual quality of the product and generate costly losses across an entire batch.
Correctly selected pads delivered precise multi-colour registration and significantly improved ink transfer onto the part. The result is a uniform, sharp and repeatable print that underlines the quality of a premium product.
A poorly selected pad distorted the graphic already at the pick-up stage. The result — distorted proportions, loss of precision and loss of the product.
Selecting the right pad geometry and hardness delivered stable ink transfer with no print distortion. The graphic regained correct proportions, sharpness and repeatability, and the final product met both quality and aesthetic requirements.

Where a selection error costs the most and process repeatability is critical.
Series production
Large runs need a pad that does not lose quality after thousands of cycles. We select geometry and hardness for the specific part — panels, buttons, knobs — so that ink transfer stays stable and repeatable throughout the entire production.
Verify the selection
Quality requirements
The automotive industry does not tolerate print errors. We select a pad that ensures stable, repeatable transfer — where every part must meet strict requirements. One batch return means hundreds of thousands in losses — we verify the selection before you go into production.
Check compliance
Premium quality
In cosmetics the print is part of the brand image. We select a pad that reproduces the finest detail of a logo or text on a bottle, jar or cap — with no smudging and repeatable quality across the entire batch.
Raise your print quality
Precision
Precise selection without the risk of damaging the component. Markings, keypads, housings — where one wrong pad costs more than the entire selection project.
Protect the componentWe don't guess. We base pad selection on tests on our own machines, not on assumptions from a datasheet. And as the exclusive TOSH representative in Poland we have direct contact with the manufacturer — if a project needs a custom solution, we consult it at the source.
Universal
We use it to test pad selection for typical single- and multi-colour applications — from small technical parts to promotional items. Its modular design lets us reproduce a configuration close to your machine, whether you print with one colour or three.
High output
On this machine we verify how pads behave at high speeds — up to 5,000 cycles/h. If your production demands a high cadence, this is where we check whether the pad keeps ink transfer quality under continuous industrial operation, not just on the first impression.
Series production
We use it to test pads on complex multi-colour projects, with large ink cups and printing on different levels of the same part. If your product needs precise registration of several colours or decoration on unusual surfaces — this is exactly where we test it.
Automation
On this machine we reproduce the conditions of automated production lines — with high clamping forces and integration with feeding systems. It lets us select a pad that works not only on a sample, but in the real automated cycle of your plant.
Integrated
The most powerful machine in our lab — we use it to test pads for large, heavy parts and prints that need maximum pressure. When other solutions fail to give full ink transfer on a demanding surface — we verify it here, with clamping force unavailable on smaller machines.

We work with the manufacturer directly, as its partner. Technical consultations, samples and custom solutions — straight from the source.
From self-service selection to full implementation with tooling. You choose exactly as much support as your project requires.
A clear scope, a known lead time and a price agreed up front. No hidden costs and no ambiguity.
Two decades of experience one email away. The first conversation commits you to nothing.
We are not an online shop. We are a pad manufacturer and a workshop with our own facilities — here we produce pads, verify the selection, test the print and optimise the pad shape for your specific application.
Since 2010 we have consulted on projects for manufacturers in home appliances, automotive, cosmetics and electronics. Our training took place in Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, Italy and the United States — we know what pad printing looks like at the highest global level.
Real cases: client problem → our solution → measurable result.
The problem was not the pad selection, but the design of the fixture holding the part. The lack of proper support caused the surface to flex during ink transfer, so the pad worked in uncontrolled conditions and distorted the print.
In addition, the deformation accelerated wear of the pad itself, which over time led to even greater distortion and a drop in print quality.
The solution was to develop a new fixture with precisely designed support in the transfer zone. As a result the pad works stably, without overload or deformation, which delivered repeatable ink transfer and significantly extended pad life.
The whole assembly was mounted on a rigid aluminium plate ensuring fast changeover and high process stability. The fixture was also designed so the operator can remove and replace the panel with one hand, cutting handling time and improving ergonomics.
Result: stable ink transfer, a repeatable print, significantly extended pad life and faster changeover with better operator ergonomics.
The project covered the development of a complete pad printing system for a screwdriver part, for which no production tooling existed before. The requirement was to create a universal double fixture able to position both the finished product and the semi-finished part.
The key aspect was ensuring stable support of the part and a distribution of transfer forces that eliminated print distortion in the outermost working areas. Selecting the right pad geometries delivered even ink transfer and high print repeatability.
Result: the system was mounted on a precise aluminium plate increasing the rigidity of the whole setup and enabling fast changeovers. The pad holder design minimises the need for adjustment during setup changes, improving ergonomics and shortening production preparation time.
The client reported the time-consuming setup of each individual pad and difficulty achieving a repeatable print transfer. Every change of settings required many manual corrections, lengthened changeovers and increased the risk of errors during production.
The solution was a system based on well-chosen pad geometries and a dedicated mounting with a minimal adjustment range. Wherever possible standard pads were used, and the whole setup was designed so that transfer happens with the most optimal part of the pad surface.
Result: significantly shorter setup time, more stable ink transfer and repeatable print quality in series production.
Yes. The search tool is free and available 24/7. The "Self-service" package gives you full access to 620+ TOSH models at no charge. You choose and order yourself.
In the "We'll check for you" package you get a written recommendation of a specific model with the reasoning for why this one and not another — from someone with 20 years of experience in pad printing. Plus one correction iteration included.
Yes — in the "Selection with a sample" package. We prepare a physical sample and a test print before you decide. The "Full implementation" package also includes the sample and test. The "We'll check for you" package covers the recommendation only — without a physical sample.
The "We'll check for you" package — from €120 net. The "Selection with a sample" package — from €600 net. The "Full implementation" package (with tooling) — from €1,100 net. The final price depends on project complexity (geometry, material, number of test iterations, scope of tooling). You receive an exact quote within 24–48h of your request.
In the "We'll check for you" package one correction iteration is included. In the "Selection with a sample" and "Full implementation" packages the selection is verified by a test before delivery — we physically confirm that it works.
We specialise in series production. For prototypes (below 100 pieces) the most cost-effective option is the search tool (the "Self-service" package).
All standard machines — from manual to automatic, regardless of the manufacturer. In the form we ask for the model so we can match the pad to your machine.
Yes. We produce silicone pads in our own facility in Łódź, and the range is complemented by pads from the TOSH factory. This also lets us make a custom shape or modify an existing model.
Yes. We supply everything needed for pad printing — pads, inks, cliché plates, machines and consumables. The service packages price the selection and process preparation only; materials and equipment are ordered separately, according to your current needs.
For every order we issue a VAT invoice through the KSeF system. For service packages we first issue a pro-forma invoice — we start work once it is paid.
